How To Answer Disagreement With Boss

My boss respected what I had to say, even though she didn`t agree. She appreciated my apology and my solution with the client. And after that conversation, we had a more open relationship. She was comfortable giving me feedback and I was comfortable expressing myself. I managed this customer account for three more years. This question provides an example that allows employers to assess their conflict resolution abilities based on a real event in your experience.
