Lise Comte United States

Lise Comte is a conservation ecologist seeking to understand the mechanisms by which species are affected by environmental change, with an emphasis on freshwater systems. She is also interested in the application of this knowledge to inform conservation and management strategies to better anticipate biodiversity responses in a rapidly changing world. In her current role as a Lead Scientist at Conservation Science Partners, her work focuses more broadly on advancing freshwater conservation science to inform effective management and policy solutions for the complex challenges facing aquatic ecosystems.
