Workshop Proposal

We welcome proposals for pre-conference workshops on innovative techniques and fostering collaboration. Proposals should be submitted to hello@speciesonthemove.com by November 10, 2025.

Proposals should include the following information:

• Workshop Title
• Conveners / Organizers – Names, affiliations, contact information
• Workshop Theme & Objectives – Relevance to the conference and expected outcomes
• Workshop Description – Brief summary (200–300 words), including key topics, goals, and relevant background
• Target Audience & Expected Number of Participants – Intended participants, prior knowledge/skills required, and anticipated group size
• Format, Activities & Duration – Planned structure (lectures, hands-on training, discussions, etc.), interactive elements, and estimated length (2–6 hours)
• Facilities & Technical Requirements – Classroom setup, equipment, and special needs

** Workshops will be scheduled based on the number of proposals received and logistical feasibility.
